We encourage the top 1% of technical talent to explore on the frontier and work with them closely to find groundbreaking ideas. The SPC Fellowship is the most talent-dense early-stage environment, and we’ve designed it specifically for going from “-1” to “0.”
You may find the idea that will become your life’s work in a week. You may find it in 8 weeks. Maybe, it’ll take you a year, or longer. We do not believe there’s a linear path to build a generational business.
We partner with founders for years, not weeks. Every company in the Fellowship has a long-term relationship with 1-2 investors on our team who will partner with them for the lifetime of their business.
The SPC Fellowship is for the ambitious few who want to take the plunge and find their life’s work in building a generational business. We’re excited to meet and partner with you.
You become a Fellow as soon as you are accepted into the program, and have immediate access to SPC community spaces, partners, and programming. The Fellowship itself has no defined end-date, but does have two distinct phases: 1) bootcamp, and 2) residency. During the bootcamp, teams work closely in-person in San Francisco to build, demo, and share feedback alongside each other. This first intensive period is designed to get you started, but is not the end of the program. After the initial bootcamp, teams enter residency, which lasts as long as you need to reach conviction and get ready to raise your next round. You will continue to partner closely with SPC investors and have full access to all SPC community programming and members.
